Terra Energy and Energy Private Developers (EPD) Join Forces to Drive Sustainable Energy Development in Rwanda
[Kigali, June 29, 2023] – Terra Energy, a youth-led sustainable energy consulting firm, and Energy Private Developers (EPD), the private sector association for the energy industry in Rwanda and one of the 5 associations composing the Chamber of Industry under the Private Sector Federation (PSF) of Rwanda, are pleased to announce their partnership for collaboration in the areas of renewable energy, e-mobility, research, and capacity building. This strategic alliance aims to foster the development of the sustainable energy sector in Rwanda and the wider region.
The partnership between Terra Energy and EPD is a significant step towards advancing Rwanda’s sustainable energy goals and creating a greener future. The collaboration will encompass various joint initiatives, including consultancy projects, research programs, reports and publications, policy memos, training programs, events and forums, and other areas of mutual interest.
Dr. Mohamed Alhaj, the Managing Director of Terra Energy, expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating:

EPD Acting CEO, Serge Wilson MUHIZI, highlighted the importance of such collaborations for the energy sector’s growth, stating:

It is one of the 5 associations composing the cluster of Industry under the Private Sector Federation (PSF) of Rwanda.
